Vice President for Finance

This role in the governance structure involves duties primarily at the state level; however, the effects of this position encompass significant fiduciary responsibility, impacting the Association at both the state and national levels. The Vice President for Finance conducts and monitors all financial transactions within the Association.  The term of office for Vice President for Finance is two years after a year as the Vice President of Finance-Elect, for a total of three years of service. Vice President for Finance-Elect

This one year position is to train and learn from the Vice President for Finance, in order to assume that position at the conclusion of the year term. The term of office for Vice President for Finance-Elect is one year. A summary of the duties is listed in the NYSACAC Policies and Procedures Manual.
