Renewing or joining NYSACAC is one of the best actions you can take toward continuing your development as an education professional.  In addition to the many wonderful professional development opportunities NYSACAC coordinates throughout the year, your membership includes you in a network of counseling professionals dedicated to the promotion of equity and access to higher education and post-secondary success.  Furthermore, you can rest assured that you will be well informed on the important issues facing college enrollment and that your voice is heard within local and state government.

Please note that NYSACAC'S membership cycle begins on September 1st and ends on August 31st of the calendar year.


New Members

If your institution does not have an existing primary NYSACAC member and you will be the first to join, please use the appropriate forms to start a new primary membership.  Once you submit this form for the primary member of your institution, you will be able to register new additional members.

New Additional Members

If you are an employee of a college/university or high school that already has a primary member, please fill out the appropriate new additional member form to be added to your institution’s roster at the special additional rates.  Please note that your membership will be inactive until our member relations committee can confirm your institution's primary member status.

Renew Your Membership

Please be aware that only the Primary Member of your school can renew your entire office. If you do not know who your Primary Member is, please contact [email protected].  The membership year is Sept 1st- August 31st.

  1. Click on the blue “Member Login” button above.
  2. Type in your username and password. If you do not know your username and password, click "Forgot Your Password."
  3. Click on “Member Center” button on the right side of the screen.
  4. Select “My Profile” from the Member Center dropdown menu.
  5. A prompt will come up notifying you if your membership has expired.  Please Renew by selecting the “Go” button.
  6. Submit form.

If your institution has no NYSACAC members and you will be the first to represent please use the following forms to start a new primary membership. Upon completion of this form your membership will be active.  Please note that this initial form will allow you to sign up multiple members of your staff at a reduced cost after your initial institutional fee.
