Article XII: Parliamentary Authority
Section 1: In all matters of Parliamentary Procedures, the latest edition of” Robert’s Rules of Order” shall govern all matters of NYSACAC.
Section 2: The parliamentarian, a non-voting member of the Executive Board, shall be appointed by the President.
