Article VIII: Election of Officers and Executive Board Members.

Section 1: Election of officers and Executive Board Members with the exception of the appointed parliamentarian, shall be the responsibility of the immediate past-president as chair of the nominating committee.

Section 2: The nominating committee shall be approved by the Executive Board and shall follow election procedures as outlined in Article X: Committees.
