Article V: Executive Board

Section 1: The Executive Board of the Association shall consist of all officers of the Association, delegates to the NACAC Assembly, an appointed membership chair and an appointed parliamentarian.

Section 2: Duties of the Executive Board shall be to:

A. Formulate policy for the Association within the provisions of the By-Laws of the Association.

B. Act in an advisory capacity to the president and committee chairs.

C. Meet a minimum of four times annually.

D. Conduct the Association business between General membership meetings.

E. Appoint another officer to preside at any meeting of the Association or Executive Board in the absence of the President and President-Elect.

Section 3: Only elected officers and NACAC Delegates shall be voting members of the Executive Board.

Section 4: Vacancies in office shall be filled by appointment of the Executive Board. Such appointed term shall last only until the next regular election.

Section 5: No Executive Board member may serve more than two consecutive terms in the same position.
