Article II: Meetings
Section 1: The President is responsible for calling general meetings of the entire membership which shall be held at least twice a year, one of which shall be held during the Annual Spring Conference. The times and locations of the meetings shall be established by the Executive Board.
Section 2:
A. The president is responsible for calling at least four Executive Board meetings annually. In addition, the president will schedule and coordinate a leadership conference to be held during the summer prior to the first Executive Board meeting.
B. An agenda and written notification of the Executive Board meeting shall be given at least ten (10) days prior to the scheduled meeting to all concerned parties.
